Please keep in mind that a successful embroidery project requires a combination of accurate digitizing, quality materials, and attentive sewing. We strive to do our best on the digitizing of your project. It is up to you to choose the right fabric, needles, thread, and machine settings to run your design. If you are having trouble with a design we'd be glad to offer tips to help with the sewing process. Other resources are available to you as well, as shown on our resources page.
Refund Policy:
If you have placed an order with Global Punch and you are not satisfied with the result, we ask that you first give us a chance to resolve the problem through our edit/revision process. If we are unable to resolve the problem in a timely manner you may receive a refund by sending the following information to us via email to admin@globalpunch.com within 7 business days following the completion of your order:
• Order Number
• Digital sample of YOUR sewout in JPEG format.
• Description of the problem you are having with this design.
• Description of What have you done to resolve the problem.
We will promptly address your request!
